The Omni-contraction Training System was invented by Christian Thibaudeau and has been made to optimize the transfer of physical capacities to the actual sport of the athlete. Too often nowadays we see on social, athletes or strength coach who mimics the exact sports movement but with a resistance or a slight overload. Nobody should do that period.
The key point is the movements you choose in the gym has to share similar patterns and force vectors to have a positive transfer to their sport.
That’s where the OCTs comes into play. By having a specific day on each contraction type (eccentric, concentric, isometric and plyometric) you can focus on those patterns pretty much every single day and you’re 100% sure to use every contraction type at the end of the training week.
In this particular Seminar/Workshop you will have 3 super high-end Strength coaches who have used this training system for years: Christian Thibaudeau (creator of the system), Ben Prentiss (Strength coach of thousands of hockey players across the country from high school to NHL) and Alan Bishop (Men’s basketball Director of Sports Performance at University of Houston).
In this 1 and a half-day you will learn:
